The Project Factory develops tailor-made solutions, using state-of-the-art technology and standardized processes throughout the project life cycle. This cycle includes the phases of project management, specifications, requirements, settings, quality assurance, measurement, and implementation. To determine application size, function points are counted according to the rules established by the international group IFPUG. The goal is to obtain a more accurate estimate of the resources, deadlines, and costs involved in the project.
